One-day training session on ServicePlus, 9 July 2025

A one-day training session on ServicePlus was conducted on 09 July 2025 by NIC Nagaland, in collaboration with NIC Delhi. The session aimed to familiarize participants with the features and functionalities of the ServicePlus platform.
The program commenced with a welcome address by Smti. Swedeseno Natso, Scientist-E and Training Coordinator NIC Nagaland. Shri Kemvü Elah, ASIO- State, NIC Nagaland introduced the participants and emphasized the importance of adopting ServicePlus for streamlined service delivery.
This was followed by a brief overview of the platform presented by Shri Sreejith N.P. HOD – eService Delivery and Transformation Division (eSDT), NIC Delhi highlighting its key components and use cases.
A live demonstration of ServicePlus was conducted by Mr. Shivam Raj, from the ServicePlus Team, NIC Hqr, offering participants a hands-on understanding of the system’s capabilities and interface. A total of 26 participants attended the training.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks, and a proposal to organize an offline training session in the near future for more in-depth engagement and practical exposure.
